Big Brother Canada 6 live feed spoilers: Nominations; Veto players (day 29)
Let’s start here with the official nominations for the week: Head of Household Erica has opted to put Merron and Ryan on the block, which suggests rather strongly that she’s mostly interested this week in not making any enemies. They are on the outside of most alliances and if either party goes, nothing altogether crazy is going to happen.
As a viewer, this is a bummer because Merron seems like the nicest guy and Ryan, despite his occasional ego and strategic blunders, is far more enjoyable than we anticipated that he would be. There’s something very fun about seeing him wander around the house getting kicked out of various rooms. He’s mostly just hanging on for dear life at this point but he’s won a couple of competitions and in theory, there’s a chance that he wins another in the Power of Veto.
The Veto player draw could prove beneficial for both Merron and Ryan given that Ali, Johnny, and Maddy are competing against them and Erica. While Erica is a comp beast she has to know at this point that there’s no value in continuing to stuff her comp resume. Meanwhile, Maddy was terrible in the last Veto, Johnny has little incentive to try and win, and even though Ali seems capable on paper there’s not enough tangible evidence to back up some of her ability in this game.
No matter what happens this week, what this season really needs is someone in the other side of the house winning again. Having the power bounce back and forth is what makes Big Brother exciting!
The Veto will hopefully be a little bit later in the day so stay tuned! Once there is some other news to report on the subject we will absolutely have some of that for you here.
