The Flash season 4 episode 17 return date: When are Grant Gustin, cast back?
Let’s kick off here with what is clearly the bad news — there is no new episode next week, and to go along with that there is no episode airing the following week, either. That means that we’re going to be forced to wait for a little while longer to see Grant Gustin and the rest of the cast come together for what is hopefully going to be a final battle with Clifford DeVoe, frequent body-swapper and supervillain extraordinaire.
Now, here is the good news — when the series does return to The CW with new episodes starting on Tuesday, April 10, it will be kicking off a run that could last for the remainder of the spring. There could be as seven more episodes this season and if that is the case, The Flash could run until mid-May without any additional interruptions.
Here is what we do know right now about the first one of the episodes back: It is entitled “Null and Annoyed,” which could end up bringing you the classic DC Comics character of Null. (If you want to read more about that, be sure to head over to the here.) Null could be one of the final bus metas who has defined the bulk of this season to date. Let’s just hope that this could further along the DeVoe story in some new and interesting ways.
Also, fingers crossed that there is an opportunity to either meet the season 5 Big Bad or get a further sense of who they could be — we don’t know for sure that there is a season 5, but it feels okay to be hopeful for it. Why wouldn’t we get one?
