Scandal season 7 episode 14 preview: ‘The List’
For the time being, here is some of what we know, starting with this: The title for this upcoming episode is “The List,” which isn’t the most revealing name in the world. The good news is that the majority of the episode is probably not going to revolve around some sort of crazy twists and turns. We are so close to the end of the road this ear and with that, we have to imagine that things are only going to ramp up the rest of the way. (There are only, rather tragically, 18 episodes in the final season.
In the wake of everything that transpired on the ABC series tonight, it seems as though there is one central question that is going to define the finale more so than anything else: Who hijacked the plane? Beyond that, there’s another question: What did Cyrus promise them? It’s clear that he fronted a conspiracy in an effort to become President of the United States and completely unseat Mellie, and he’s going to do just about everything in his power to make that happen.
For Olivia, the struggle is now pretty darn clear: Now only does she have to figure out the responsible part for what happened here, she also has to figure out why, and there’s not exactly a whole lot of time in order to do so. There’s no telling just how quickly the clock is going to tick here for Cyrus.

In looking beyond “The List” for a moment, finale is written by Shonda Rhimes, which should be evidence as to precisely how big the show really is.)
