America’s Got Talent season 13, World of Dance season 2, American Ninja Warrior premiere dates revealed

Today, NBC chose to make some of their first summer premiere dates official, including for America’s Got Talent season 13 as well as World of Dance season 2 and more.

Take a look at some of the dates we know below — beyond that, you can see all of the other dates as currently announced in our official CarterMatt Premiere Guide.

America’s Got Talent season 13 – This new season is going to kick off on Tuesday, May 29 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. Virtually everything is the same about the new season, including the judging panel of Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B, and Howie Mandel alongside show host Tyra Banks.

World of Dance season 2 – NBC has decided to keep things the same here for the Jennifer Lopez dance competition, which is going to be airing starting on May 29 at 10:00 following America’s Got Talent. This is where it could live the remainder of the season.

American Ninja Warrior season 7 – This series is going to be kicking off on Wednesday, May 30 at 8:00 p.m., and it will air on Wednesdays before moving to its more-traditional Monday timeslot come Monday, June 18.

Running Wild with Bear Grylls – Finally, the latest season of the adventure reality series is going to start airing come Wednesday, May 30 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern.

These four series serve as a really great foundation for what NBC does during the summer, which is create fun, interesting, and conversation-worthy series that inspire and excite. They’re all tried-tested-and-true at this point, as well — America’s Got Talent remains the network’s most-popular show, but in one way or another, all of these different series bring something to the table that is great fun and perfect for the summer — even if you are busy doing something else one week you can still come back, dive in, and enjoy.

There are still some other NBC series currently shrouded in a certain degree of mystery, whether they be Shades of Blue season 3 as well as Midnight, Texas season 2 — which was just recently ordered. We will have more news on both of these shows at some point in the near future.
