The Walking Dead season 8 episode 11 to be Norman Reedus showcase

Walking Dead season 8 episode 11

If you want an additional reason to be excited for The Walking Dead season 8 episode 11 on AMC, here it is — all signs point towards this being a major opportunity to see Norman Reedus shine as Daryl Dixon. This could be one of the biggest episodes of the season for the character as you see Daryl struggle with his present set of circumstances. He’s looking for some sort of opportunity to move forward, but he’s not going to be in the best position to do that.

Story aside, doesn’t this feel like a smart marketing move on the part of AMC to give you a big Daryl Dixon episode so soon after what happened to Carl. Norman Reedus is one of the series’ most-popular actors and with that in mind, we understand the decision to put the spotlight on a character this popular at this particular time.

The Walking Dead season 8 episode 11 synopsis below offers up a little bit more insight on the subject of what is coming up next:

Daryl finds himself in bad company as his group heads to the Hilltop; Gabriel’s faith gets tested.

There is not a whole lot to go on here, but at the same time there almost never is. The question that should plague the remainder of the series is actually a fairly simple one — war or peace? Which one is going to be decided upon at the end? Is there a way for everyone to move forward and coexist? All of this should prove to be interesting to explore as the show moves along.

As for the Father Gabriel part of the story, let’s just say that we’re at least more excited about the idea of this than we were back when the show first debuted the character. Slowly and surely, he’s become more complex and less overwhelmed by the nature of this world.
