NCIS season 15 episode 16 spoilers: New ‘Handle with Care’ details!

Handle with Care

NCIS season 15 episode 16 is going to be the second episode of the CBS series that is airing after the current episode — to be specific, it’ll be airing on Tuesday, March 6. The title for this episode is “Handle with Care,” and there is a pretty good chance that you’ve heard a thing or two about this episode already. After all, this is the episode featuring an appearance from The Price Is Right host Drew Carey! While this casting is obviously CBS cross-promotion in some ways, at the same time it makes sense here. For starters, Carey has a military history; beyond that, we actually know that he can tackle dramatic material.

Below, the just-released NCIS season 15 episode 16 synopsis offers up some more details:

“Handle With Care” – Gibbs and the team work to clear the name of retired Marine Sergeant John Ross (THE PRICE IS RIGHT host Drew Carey) when cyanide is found in one of the hundreds of care packages he sends to active-duty Marines, on NCIS, Tuesday, March 6 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. In real life, guest star Drew Carey served in the Marine Reserves for six years.

We already know that Carey is going to have some scenes with Mark Harmon in this episode; beyond that, it would also be nice to see him have a little bit of screen time with Pauley Perrette. The two parties have a history working together that dates back to when she made some guest appearances on The Drew Carey Show many years ago.

It goes without saying that just as a fan of Carey alone, we’re glad to see him appearing on NCIS. Beyond that, we’re just grateful to have him in this episode given that it should add a nice little dose of memorability to a show that often tends to blend together at this point in its run. Isn’t it nice to have an episode that will be easy to reflect on at the end of the season?
