Grey’s Anatomy season 14 episode 12 sneak peek: April is over EVERYTHING
In the sneak peek below from Thursday’s “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” below, you can get a small sense as to precisely what that looks like. April is doing her best to speak with some of the doctors about the upcoming competition and she is NOT HAVING most of their questions. You can tell that she’s clearly annoyed and wants nothing more than to tell all of these people to just retreat off into the nearest corner and shut up. She doesn’t want to deal with silly, stupid questions, especially since the majority of them have been answered within the source material already. At the end of the sneak peek, April walks away in a huff.
We do think that the majority of this preview is comedic, but it definitely does hint at a much-larger problem that some of these doctors do need to be aware of eventually — what exactly is going on with April, and is there a way that they can help to fix it? These are all people who at this point have been around April long enough that they really should realize that something is amiss. With that, they should also be doing everything that they can to try and help. We’re counting on Jackson especially to figure this out given that he’s shown many times over at this point just how much he cares about some of these people.

Hopefully, Thursday’s episode offers up a little bit more information when it comes to what is going on with April, and also offers up a way to get her back to her old self. We don’t expect that journey for her to be easy, but it’s absolutely necessarily for her development. This isn’t really her; this is just a mask she is using to cover her pain.
