NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 spoilers: Leigha Winters returning
Per a new report from Deadline, you are going to see this character (played by Tembi Locke) return in a recurring capacity as we move further along into this season. As for the circumstances of said return, this is one of those mysteries that is still reasonably up in the air. If we were to guess, though, we would make the argument that her return could offer up either an intellectual friend or a noted adversary to some members of the team, depending on the circumstances. After all, she works at the top of an investment bank and is more than capable of stirring things up and being a mover and shaker in the city.

As we do get further along within NCIS: Los Angeles season 9, we are hopefully going to continue to see a major sense of mystery play out for many different reasons. For starters, the nature of the story arc ahead is under wraps. We’re hoping that the Hetty arc is going to wrap up when the show returns, and following that we’ve got a blank slate for many of the characters. There is a wedding still for Kensi and Deeks to plan but there is no precise big bad or narrative to drive the story forward in a dramatic way. We imagine that the show won’t waste too much time before diving into some good stuff and giving us some more reasons to be excited.
One thing we’ve always advocated for with this show is simple: We obviously love getting a chance to see great physical foils for the NCIS: Los Angeles team, but at the same time emotional and social foils are equally important.
