Fear the Walking Dead season 4 spoilers: Evan Gamble signs on

Evan GambleEvan Gamble is the latest addition to Fear the Walking Dead season 4 — with that, do you want some more information about his role?

Well, we come bearing good news! According to a new report when it comes to Deadline, Gamble (whose credits include The Vampire Diaries as well as Hap and Leonard) is going to be appearing on the AMC drama series as Ennis, a guy who has developed a reputation for being extremely selfish. He’s been through some stuff and he’s not the easiest person for anyone else to like. We’ve seen different dimensions of this character on the franchise over the years. In the case of The Walking Dead proper, a good example of this comes via Eugene — he may not have been much of a threat to anyone but he was still nonetheless somebody who was not altogether easy to root for meanwhile. Meanwhile, on Fear the Walking Dead the best equivalent that we have comes via Troy Otto. He was violent and dangerous, but he’s also now dead and therefore neutralized. Gamble’s character could help to fill a part of that void.

As we move into Fear the Walking Dead season 4 there is a certain degree of ambiguity as to what’s going to be coming up. Ian B. Goldberg and Andrew Chambliss are taking over as showrunners, and as a result of that there is a relative amount of uncertainty to what is coming. We know that Lennie James is coming on board the series as Morgan, his character from The Walking Dead; meanwhile, the fourth season is filming in Austin and it will perform in the spring.
