The Librarians season 4 episode 10 preview: Jenkins becomes Jeff
The title for this upcoming episode is “And Some Dude Named Jeff,” which is absolutely appropriate given that, at the center of this story, is some dude named Jeff. The synopsis for The Librarians season 4 episode 10 below gives you a little bit more insight into what’s coming:
When Jenkins body-switches with a 28-year-old slacker named Jeff, he must find his way back into the Library to correct the mistake. But he will need a team to do it, and enlists the help of Jeff’s hapless Dungeons & Dragons friends. Can they make it in time, before Jeff destroys the Library?
We feel like that alone should make you a little bit excited — if it doesn’t for whatever reason, the promo below should thanks mostly because of the crazy-entertaining energy that it brings to you. What makes The Librarians such an effective show is that on paper, some of its premises suggest that you’re going to get episodes that are strictly comedy and not a whole lot else. Yet, when you actually see the story on the air there’s something more present. There’s a little bit more depth and some surprising drama and high stakes. While on the surface Jeff may not be much of a threat, you may not feel that way by the time the episode comes to a close. There is a little bit more of a reason to fear a guy like this than you would first assume.
There isn’t too much more of the story left on The Librarians season 4; given that the future for the series remains uncertain, be sure to watch while you still can!
