NCIS season 15: Five performers we want to see return
In the case of some of them, we’re talking about performers who were a part of the show for years. However, for some others we’re talking about recurring guest stars or people who were great years ago and it would be fun to see them for another episode. There are also some others we’d love to include on this list (like Sasha Alexander as Caitlin Todd), but when you know for sure that a character is dead it’s hard to include them.
Tony DiNozzo – Bringing back Tony is not an easy feat — Michael Weatherly is on Bull, which films in New York City around the same time of the year that NCIS films in Los Angeles. There just aren’t many times that this can work. Nonetheless, we do think that something fun would come out of getting to see a Tony update, even if it was a brief one where he stopped by the office or even if the team communicated with him over video chat. We do think it will probably happen, but it may not be until we get around to a milestone episode down the road.
Sarah McGee – She made a handful of appearances early on in the show’s run, but there is absolutely a chance to do a fun guest arc coming up — after all, Troian Bellisario is a much bigger star now thanks to Pretty Little Liars than she was when she first appeared on the show.

Ziva David – What’s the difference between Ziva and Caitlin? We saw Caitlin die, but there’s never been a body recovered with Ziva. With that, we do still like to think that there is a chance that the character is still alive out there somewhere. We think an episode or two about how she faked her death — or found a way to survive — would be an excellent little detour and a nice treat to longtime fans of the show. Granted, a return from her should also include a Weatherly reprisal since the biggest story to tell here is how these two characters end up back together.
Abigail Borin – We’ve obviously been a promoter for more of Diane Neal for some time. It just makes sense for NCIS and CGIS to work together however often they can and her relationship with Gibbs was one of the more interesting ones that the show had.
Dr. Cyril Taft – We’re mostly just surprised that producers didn’t find more to do with Jon Cryer once they had him on the show. He’s a CBS staple and with Ducky gone on and off this season, it feels as though there are still opportunities to be able to use him more. Sure, he’s a doctor of the living, but we have to think that there are ways he could be implemented into the story.

I can’t see Cote returning. It would be pointless without Tony and Michael Weatherly can’t possibly come back either. I did summize a scenario for Ziva to return on another post, but it would be hard without Tony showing up. Dr Taft, Sara McGee would be great. Not sure ‘Abigail Borin’ would return because of the remarks Diane Neal made about their cafeteria food…or so I heard. I didn’t really like Jamie Lee Curtis, I thought she was too full of herself and I don’t like it when an actor throws their head back when they talk. Its a sign of arrogance and ‘I’m better than you’ to me. I have noticed that ‘Bishop’ does it from time to time as well.
Ziva Is ALIVE

Jamie Lee Curtis. I liked her character. As long as we get Ziva alive I will be happy.
