Golden Globes 2018 red carpet live stream coming via Facebook
On Sunday, January 7 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, (otherwise known as 3:00 p.m. on the West Coast where the Globes are taking place), you can head over to the link here if you’ve got an interest in seeing some of the latest fashions and some quick interviews from the red carpet. The team running the show over there includes AJ Gibson, Jeannie Mai, Scott Mantz and Laura Marano. The entire stream is put on in part by the Globes, which is looking to make watching the awards show into as immersive an experience as possible — there will be many different social-media channels in which you can get highlights of the show from. With that, we’re hoping that there will be some unique coverage along the way.
This new Golden Globes 2018 red carpet live stream is really just in conjunction with a wide array of other red-carpet events that are going to be taking place. Obviously E! has become very noteworthy for some of their coverage over the years, but ultimately where you go for some of your red-carpet scoop is very much dependent on what sort of coverage you like seeing and whether or not you like specific hosts.
If we had it our way, CarterMatt would personally love to see interviewers consistently ask about either issues, causes, or art — not so much the same questions that you get a million times or trying to get various Hollywood stars to show off every part of their outfit using special cameras. (Remember the days of the terrible mani-cam? We wish that we didn’t).
While you wait for the Golden Globes…
