Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 10 spoilers: First look at Christmas episode

Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 10 is airing on Fox on Tuesday, December 12, and this episode is going to celebrating the holiday season! This installment is entitled “Wreck the Halls” and the entire story is going to be based, on Christmas being right around the corner.

It’s Christmas time and the Murtaugh family is headed to Hawaii. However, Murtaugh’s vacation is put on hold when he and Riggs are called to a homicide and the victim is an old friend. Meanwhile, Riggs gets a surprise phone call from a relative just in time for Christmas in the all-new “Wreck The Halls” fall finale episode of LETHAL WEAPON airing Tuesday, Dec. 12 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. 

Just in case you were wondering why the episode title “Wreck the Halls” sounds familiar, it’s because there’s also been a Scorpion holiday episode of the same name.

What we’re excited to see with this Christmas episode starts with some Murtaugh drama. After all, what’s worse than thinking that you’ve got some big holiday vacation coming up only to realize instead that you’re going to be stuck in Los Angeles working. Then, add to this the fact that he’s going to be dealing with a case that could have a deep personal connection to him. That’s a cocktail of things that are probably going to be rather difficult for him to take on.

As for Riggs, him getting in touch more with his family offers up opportunities to learn more about his past — that’s been coming out on a slow drip for most of the series so far but now that we’re in season 2, that does open up more opportunities for the show and the writers to dive in and explore some of this good stuff.

With this episode being the fall finale, you have to be prepared for a little bit of a break once it’s over. Luckily, you can breathe easy knowing that season 2 will return in 2018.
