Bachelor in Paradise episode 3 may be interrupted by Donald Trump speech

Bachelor in Paradise episode 3

For everyone out there watching Bachelor in Paradise episode 3 on ABC Monday night, there will be a slight disturbance. After all, signs point to ABC interrupting the show in the middle of the broadcast for President Donald Trump.

There is set to be an address tonight regarding military strategy and Afghanistan airing at around 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, and all indications are that many major broadcast networks will cut into their programming to deliver it. The irony here is that Bachelor in Paradise tweeted (and later deleted) a message last week with the hashtag #Impeach45 included near the end of it — this was certainly surprising given that networks don’t tend to authorize political discourse. Also, we’re sure that this show also has a rather large conservative following given that it is viewed rather heavily in the heartland.

Just in case you are interested in learning more of what is coming on tonight’s Bachelor in Paradise episode, the synopsis below offers you up a few details:

The show is back in full swing and the deliciously juicy and hysterically funny episode of “Bachelor in Paradise” airing MONDAY, AUGUST 21(8:00-10:01 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, proves it. The fun begins when a cast-off cast member from Rachel’s season of “The Bachelorette” washes up with a date card burning a hole in his pocket. Except for one hot and heavy couple, many of the girls are excited to see him, making the some of the guys jealous.

Later, one frustrated female, who doesn’t know where she stands with her man, makes it clear she would love to go on a date with the newcomer. Meanwhile, another dissatisfied damsel is ready to repel the two would-be heroes for a chance to get to know the new guy. On a date, new kid on the block and the hot commodity bond over margaritas, then stumble upon some dancers, who cheer the crushing couple on as they stumble through the fancy dance moves and crush it. The guy hopes his dancing is good enough to earn him a rose later on that night.

During the cocktail party leading up to the first rose ceremony of the season, one guy tells one of the women he wants to slow down their relationship … a bold move considering that, with 12 guys scrambling after eight roses, some of them are about to have the gates of Paradise slammed behind them.

In reading things like this, you almost wonder if the folks over at ABC are starting to struggle to figure out how to call certain people without mentioning their names. Take for example “frustrated female,” “dissatisfied damsel,” “two would-be heroes,” and of course a “hot commodity.” It’s all completely ridiculous, as is the show itself. Therefore, we understand taking it off the air briefly for a Presidential Address, though it would probably be a little more universally accepted if it was happening via a President that the majority of people out there actually like or enjoy. As it is, this is probably more of a harder pill to swallow.

What do you think is going to be coming on this Bachelor in Paradise episode, and are you going to be frustrated by it going off the air due to a Presidential Address? Be sure to share in the comments!
