Game of Thrones season 7 spoilers: Fear Euron Greyjoy

Euron

Euron Greyjoy is certainly being set up at the moment to be one of the main Game of Thrones season 7 villains, and it’s not too hard to know why. He is the new ruler now of the Iron Islands, and we know that he wants to marry Daenerys and then use her in his quest for global domination. Also, he’ll probably do a number of other terrible things that most other characters on this show often tend to do.

Just in case you still do want a little more hype when it comes to Euron, have no fear as one Pilou Asbæk is keen to give you a look inside of just what sort of terrible stuff his character will be doing. In a new chat with Empire magazine, he sums much of it up with the following: “After this season, Ramsay’s gonna look like a little kid.”

Is that terrifying enough for everyone out there? By our estimation, it really should be given that this is not going to be someone who messes around. At this point, he also may be as big of a threat to the good guys winning (if there are any good guys within this world) as someone like Cersei Lannister still. He still has the fleet from the Iron Islands, and they are hungry to get a little bit more of their power back. Meanwhile, King’s Landing is in tatters at present, and given so many of the recent deaths it’s a little bit more of a challenge to be able to see anyone being that willing to take up their swords and fight for her.

Who knows? Maybe we’ll be surprised and have a comeback. The most terrifying thing of all would be seeing Euron and Cersei team up in some capacity. Based on what we’ve come to see with the two of them to date, it’s absolutely not an idea we’re completely writing off given that these two people do by and large want the same time: Power. They have a little bit in common that way, and a new marriage could boost both of their stocks in the world.
