Nashville season 5 episode 15 promo: Maddie’s police aftermath

On Nashville season 5 episode 15 this coming weekend, you’ll have a reminder that nothing in this world ever comes easy for our characters. Earlier in the second half of this season, we saw the Maddie character start to make some significant moves forward in her life courtesy of a new single; now, she’s got problems with the police, and some of those problems are going to be made public. For any entertainer, legal problems are not the sort of distraction that you want. With that being said, legal problems in the world of country music are probably even worse given that so much of it revolves around adhering to certain images and expectations that the public has of you.

Over the course of this episode, Maddie will fight to secure her future; meanwhile, some other characters will be tackling some further problems of their own. Take a look below for some further details.

Nashville season 5 episode 15 synopsis – “Maddie deals with the fallout from the video of her and the police officer; Deacon and Avery are smitten with Hallie’s special sound; Zach continues to exert his influence on Highway 65.”

Based on the promo below, it absolutely does look as though there is some more trouble on the way for Maddie as she tries to move forward with her life after the arrest. The media will be following her everywhere, she will be confronted with statements that don’t actually reflect who she is or what she represents, and to go along with this further, she has Liz even making an embarrassing gif of her while staying under the same roof.

For the past couple of episodes, Liz has looked like nothing more than a friend and an ally during a young woman’s tough time. Now, she’s looking like more of a problem since these are the sort of things that can become widespread and cause someone damage for a long time. All across the board next week, there’s going to be drama.
