We’ve got a new The Big Bang Theory season 10 episode 22 sneak peek for you here, and this one revolves around the return of Zack!
In terms of recurring characters on this show, there are few out there who are as funny and as out there as Penny’s ex. He’s not the brightest bulb on the tree, but there is something about him that is endearing. He’s one of the few Penny exes we’ve met who we think is largely a good person, even if he’s got some flaws. He actually liked hanging out with Leonard and the guys, even if he had virtually nothing in common with any of them in the process.
In this sneak peek, Zack runs into Penny while out at a bar, and he encourages her and Leonard to go out to dinner with him. We know based on some of the material that is out there for this episode already that one of the big things with Zack is that he’s going to offer Penny an exciting work opportunity, but it’s one that raises a really interesting question: Is Penny going to be interested in working for her ex, and how is Leonard going to feel about that in the process? We figure that it will probably be a very strange experience for the two of them, but ultimately, maybe it’s something that will prove to be beneficial for everyone if it gives Penny either more money, more stability, and less nonsense having to deal with doctors.
Also, for us the idea of her working with Zack could be really fun since it would enable us to see the character on the show more. He’s one of the better recurring characters, and as we go into the next two seasons, it will be fun to be able to see and understand more of where certain people could end up in their lives. (We’re operating under the idea that season 12 could be the final one for the show, even if that is by no means guaranteed at the moment. There is still time for things to shake up here and there.)
