While there may be a number of big things to look forward to on The Flash season 3 episode 20, Vibe vs. Killer Frost is near the top. This is a moment that was first teased earlier in the season, and we’re now starting to get a little bit more insight regarding not only how this is going to come about, but how it could conclude.
With that, let’s go ahead now and offer up some of the first official news on what’s coming courtesy of The CW.
The Flash season 3 episode 20 synopsis – “Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team meet Tracy Brand (guest star Anne Dudek), a scientist, who may be the key to stopping Savitar. Unfortunately, Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) is also after Tracy so Team Flash must battle their old friend, which proves to be particularly difficult for Cisco (Carlos Valdes). Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Cecile’s (guest star Danielle Nicolet) relationship takes a big turn.”
Beyond the Vibe / Killer Frost battle, there is a good bit of intrigue that is going to come out of the arrival of Tracy Brand. Just remember that she has some sort of connection to the big villain of the season, and she’s going to be around for most of the remainder of the season. Beyond that, we figure that Barry is going to continue struggling with the stakes of what he’s trying to do.
As for Joe and Cecile, can we just wish for them to be happy? There’s been so much devastation on the show as of late that you have to hope for someone to find a little bit of happiness. It makes sense that it could be someone like these two given that they know who they are better than anyone.
Promo – Beyond the Vibe / Killer Frost battle, this makes it clear that there is one other key moment coming in the episode that will make everyone celebrate — the opportunity to learn precisely who is Savitar and is lurking within that freaky outfit. Whoever it is, they were able to convince Killer Frost pretty quickly to work with him.
