Big Brother Canada 5 live feed spoilers: Reverse Week Head of Household

Reverse Week Head of Household

Who won the Reverse Week Head of Household in the Big Brother Canada 5 house today? This win is certainly more important than most.

Basically, what happens this week is that the Reverse Week Head of Household will have the power to directly evict one of the two people on the block — which is, in this case, either Gary or Dre. It’s a huge power, but it’s also a game-changing one since what you do here will change the course of events for many weeks to come.

Today, that power fell into the hands of Demetres, who finds himself in power for the second time this season in a relatively short span of time. He is a very interesting person to this, given that although he’s been a part of the dominant alliance “The Six,” he and Ika have slowly drifted away from that. Meanwhile, Dillon and Emily have moved closer to the crew of Neda, Sindy, Bruno, and Kevin, otherwise known as the crew really running things right now. The main alliance clearly wants Gary out of the house.

Yet, does Demetres want to get rid of Gary? He told him previously that he’d vote to keep him, but that is before he knew or understood some of the rules this week … not that anyone understands them all that well even still. The big problem with being the Reverse Week Head of Household is that you may not still know if you’re voting to evict or to keep someone. (We should also note that Demetres told Kevin last night that he’d get rid of Gary, so he’s trying to cover all sides at the moment.)

The merit for keeping Gary is that he’s a huge target to hide behind. However, if Demetres keeps him his own target also grows, maybe to the point where he’s suddenly thought of as a bigger threat than Gary is. Remember for a minute or two here that this is a guy who’s won two big competitions already while Gary doesn’t have a win on his resume this season. Ika should also have a big influence in the vote; she may have been mad yesterday about a joke Demetres made during the whole Have-Not fiasco (read more about that here), but this is a time for her to influence the game if she’s playing to win.
