Switched at Birth season 5 episode 9 promo: The last before series finale

Switched at Birth season 5 episode 9

With Switched at Birth season 5 episode 9 coming up in one week’s time, we’ve made it now to the point in the season where almost every story from here on out is going to be emotional. It’s pretty hard for that to not be the case anymore. We’re right around that time when the show will start doing some work to cement its legacy, and to figure out precisely how it wants to wind down. For viewers, that mostly means that now is probably the time to start hugging the nearest box of tissues as things are probably only going to get more emotional from here on out.

Specifically, moving into next week one of the things that you can expect to see is Travis start to search for some closure when it comes to his past. There is no guarantee that he will get it, but this absolutely looks as though it’s going to be something that the show does its best to explore as we move closer to the series finale.

Switched at Birth season 5 episode 9 synopsis – “Travis and Bay have dinner with his birth mom, but the reunion dredges up painful memories of his childhood assault. Daphne contemplates helping Chris cheat on a test. Regina gets paid an unexpected visit.”

With Daphne and Chris, let’s just hope that they don’t go through with it just because we like to think that they’ve all collectively learned something over the course of this crazy journey, and that taking shortcuts to where you want to be in life isn’t it. Sure, cheating may get you your desired goal faster, but it’s not going to be earned and there’s a very good chance you’ll be found out. We want everyone to be making good decisions this close to the end of the road.

Promo – Judging from what we see here, we’ve got every indication in the world that this is going to be powerful, emotional, and everything in between. Be prepared for a heck of an intense ending to this saga.
