Chicago PD season 4, episode 17 return date: When Sophia Bush, cast are back
This episode will be coming your way on Wednesday, March 22, and the title for it is rather simple: “Remember the Devil.” Meanwhile, we’ve also got some further news in terms of what is coming up via the synopsis below:
Synopsis – “After being tipped off about a woman running barefoot through the woods, Intelligence is led to a kidnapping victim locked up in a shipping container. The bizarre scenario leaves Voight (Jason Beghe) questioning the legitimacy of the case, and sends the team on a twisted trail to get to the bottom of it. Meanwhile, a former relationship of Halstead’s (Jesse Lee Soffer) comes back into the picture, much to the surprise of Lindsay (Sophia Bush).”
We first heard about some of the tension between Lindsay and Halstead a little while back, and we don’t think that the issue they’re facing here is precisely what it seems. What we mean by that mostly is that it’s probably not a situation here where the two are facing trouble because of Halstead having an ex showing up — we certainly think that she trusts him. The bigger issue is that he never really clued her in that this is a person who could be turning up. It’s the secret of it all that could set off alarms. She’s been very clear about her past and what she’s went through, and like anyone else in her position, she wants to have a partner who is roughly on the same page.
As for the case, we imagine that it’s going to be interestingly mostly from the vantage point of legitimacy. We do live in such an era rampant with hoaxes, so it’s hard to tell precisely what’s going on.
