‘America’s Got Talent’ holding final season 12 auditions tomorrow in Los Angeles
Are you looking for one last chance to try out for “America’s Got Talent” in person? Then you’re definitely going to want to head out to Los Angeles on Saturday. The final in-person auditions of this season are going to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., and you can do your part to impress people in hopes of making it through to the next round in the competition.
You can read a little bit more in terms of information about auditioning for the show by heading over to the link here — be sure to bring your photo ID with you, and of course be ready to showcase whatever talent that you have. Note that because of the Grammys happening the following day downtown, you should be prepared for even more traffic or road closures than usual. (This is Los Angeles — something is almost always going on!)
It’s hard to know necessarily just what to say to someone looking to audition for the show in terms of advice, given that every performer brings something different to the table and has different ways to prepare. The best thing that we can say is to practice hard, and make sure that your performance feels as natural as possible. It’s okay to have nerves, but don’t let them overwhelm you. Also, be open and engaging about who you are, and tell the story of your life. One of the reasons why so many contestants on this show are so memorable is because we get a chance to actually know them as people just as much as we do as performers.
