‘The Bachelor’ video: Corinne Olympios, Taylor Nolan fight in front of Nick Viall

Corinne -Tonight’s episode of “The Bachelor” is just about upon us, and there are some very big things that you can expect to see on the two-on-one date coming up.

It’s somewhat ironic that this show is airing against “The Celebrity Apprentice” on NBC, given that there is a part of this preview below (via ABC News) that feels like one of the boardroom battles we’ve seen this season with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The big different here is that Nick Viall is placed in the position of the California Governor, and he’s having to hear various arguments from both Corinne Olympios and Taylor Nolan regarding why the other person is terrible for him. There are accusations of lying, of name-calling, and a whole lot of other nonsense.

The thing that we wonder about the most is why these two women fail to realize that Nick probably doesn’t want to be with someone who fights constantly and talks about someone else in the house. We do think that Taylor had some reasons to be upset about Corinne’s behavior, but she failed to properly understand one of the most important rules that comes with being a part of this show — you don’t want to be the biggest critic of anyone. The optimal strategy if you are a part of the series is to be critic, but not necessarily the person who is speaking out the loudest. That puts a target on your back, and makes it look like you cannot rise about things that you may not agree with.

If Corinne does manage to make it past this date, we still don’t exactly feel like this puts her in pole position to win. She still has some other issues that she’s going to have to navigate, and that includes getting her attitude in check and not doing things that are so obviously going to make enemies of many of the other women.
