‘Timeless’ spoilers: When Charles Lindbergh, Ernest Hemingway enter the equation

Timeless -As we get closer to the end of “Timeless” season 1, it still appears that the show won’t be drifting too far from its established identity — namely, we’re speaking here of traveling through time and meeting notable historical figures along the way.

For more on that, here’s a taste of what we know about the upcoming February 6 episode entitled “The Last Generation” — which is going to be taking much of the team to France in the year 1927. specifically, they are going to be there on the day that Charles Lindbergh (played by Jesse Luken) wraps up his transatlantic flight. Why that day? Well, it’s probably got something to do with Garcia Flynn, mostly because the vast majority of stuff with this show often tends to.

Also in this episode, get ready to see the team collaborate with a young reporter by the name of Ernest Hemingway (Brandon Barash), who could help them to ensure that the timeline is not disrupted too much. Yes, the idea to us of getting to see a young version of The Old Man and the Sea author is tremendously exciting.

So what’s going to be going on with Wyatt? We don’t want to say too much here, but let’s just say that his journey in Monday’s “Karma Chameleon” is going to have long-term ramifications no matter what happens. Remember that at the end of this past episode, Wyatt determined that he was going to try and go rogue in order to save his wife Jessica from her fate. To him, the best way to do that was to go back in time to ensure that her killer was not put in a position to ever do what he did.

The one sad thing that we’ve got to say about this episode is that once it is over, there are only going to be two more left over the course of the season. As you would imagine, this is not going to be the easiest pill to swallow by the time we get to this airing — especially since it’s not altogether clear if the show is going to be coming back.
