‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Are Phaedra Parks, Kenya Moore friends again?
Is anyone ready for a friendship miracle on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta“? We know that we’d be down for it just for the sake of mixing things up. There is something boring about seeing the same thing time and time again, especially when it falls into the vein of “women being angry at each other for very petty reason.”
Sunday night’s new episode will at the very least feature an attempt to see Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore get on the same page once more as they had to the latter’s home state of Michigan. While their renewed appreciation for each other is not as jaw-dropping as it would be in the event that Phaedra and Kandi Burruss started to get along once more, but we’ll take our victories wherever we can. Also, we like to see that the two are trying to do something good rather than simply stirring the pot.
Synopsis – “Phaedra and Kenya rekindle their friendship as they travel to Flint, Michigan, to participate in Phaedra’s summer camp. Back in Atlanta, Cynthia makes herself at home at Kandi’s house. Bob gets another shot to try to win back Shereé, while Porsha starts seeing red flags in her relationship with Todd. After a cathartic and emotional camp experience, Phaedra brings everyone together to discuss a camping trip with all the ladies — but concerns about Porsha’s past anger issues lead some of the women to question whether or not they should go on the trip.”
The idea of all of these women on a camping trip together does on the surface seem glorious in terms of entertainment. After all, you put people who are used to a certain standard of living out into an environment that completely throws them off-balance. How well do you think that this is probably going to go? If this trip happens, we absolutely think that it could be a fun theme of several different episodes coming up this season.
