‘The Big Bang Theory’ star Jim Parsons, Jimmy Fallon go crazy with 5-Second Summaries

There are several instances in which bits on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” bring out stages of mock-frustration in the show’s guests, but at the moment, we may have to very well say that some of the frustration that Jim Parsons has in the video below comes close to topping the list.

The game that Parsons and Fallon are playing here is an old classic version of 5-Second Summaries, where the two parties do their best to make the other person figure out what they are talking about in under five seconds without giving away any major hints. What we do really like about this game is that it feels a little bit like extreme Taboo, and it’s also made better when you’ve got the guest messing around about how ridiculous the game is like the “Big Bang Theory” star is here.

Probably our favorite part of this whole video, though, is hearing Jim comment specifically on the one game from the show that he’d never want to play in a million years; specifically, we’re talking about the one that ends with you putting an egg on your head. Parsons probably is right that this one is probably not particularly fun at all if you want to go out after the show and don’t want to struggle to get parts of raw egg out of your hair.

There’s not too much else to say about this video, but if you’re in the mood for an added bit of joy before you start to dive into the remainder of your favorite festivities this Christmas, we imagine that this will be the perfect way to do just that. New episodes of Jim’s show are going to continue airing on CBS Thursday nights.
