‘Talking Dead’ lineup: Norman Reedus, Robert Kirkman, mystery guest join Chris Hardwick for midseason finale

talkingTonight, “The Walking Dead” will be airing its midseason finale on AMC, and as a result of that, we’re getting quite the impressive “Talking Dead” lineup! Would you expect anything less from this particular part of the season?

Let’s begin with the man behind it all in Robert Kirkman, who remains an essential part of the series due to being the man behind the source material and an executive producer on board it. While he’s been game to make changes along the way with the series, allowing certain people to further shine, he’s kept much of the spirit of the books alive and we appreciate him for that. There’s certainly going to be a lot for him to discuss tonight in terms of Negan, who could be doing something drastic soon based on the cliffhanger we recently saw to last week’s episode.

Next up, we’ve got Norman Reedus, who was last on the show during the big post-premiere even that took place at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. When we last saw Daryl Dixon on the series, he was given a notice to try and leave the Sanctuary while he had a chance. Whether or not that happens remains to be seen, but we certainly are interested to hear Norman’s take on some of the crazy stuff that he’s had a chance to do this season, whether it be the incessant loop of “Easy Street” to having to wear that ugly outfit to dealing with Negan at times more than anyone.

Oh, and we should mention that there is also a mystery actor who will be turning up in the episode, and we figure that will be made all the more clear when we get a chance to watch all of this out in full.
