‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 4, episode 8 video: The hunt for Eli Morrow

We’ve got yet another episode of “Agents of SHIELD” coming to ABC in one week’s time, and this one in particular is themed around one simple subject: Trying to find, and stop, Eli Morrow. To use a video-game analogy, this guy clearly turned on the cheat codes for God Mode a little while back, and is using that in order to do virtually whatever he wants, including cause all sorts of crazy destruction.

Knowing that keeping this guy out there in the free world is a terrible move, everyone’s doing what they can in order to hunt him down. The sneak peek below features Fitz and Simmons trying to remotely guide Yo-Yo, Robbie, and Daisy to the location of Morrow, but when Yo-Yo finds his hiding spot, let’s just say that things don’t end well and we’re reminded further of the full extent of this guy’s ability to make something seemingly out of nothing.

Many missions within the “SHIELD” universe are simply ones that are team efforts, and we absolutely feel as though this one is going to qualify for the same exact thing as we end up seeing everyone work and pool their resources to figure out first and foremost if there is a way to stop him; after that, the next order of business comes actually trying to implement it. We’ve got a feeling that this is probably much easier said than done.

Following this episode, odds are you’re going to be waiting for a while to see what the road ahead is for the series; past seasons have return at some point in March, but there is no confirmed return date as of yet.
