‘Big Brother OTT’ spoilers: The very last Veto Ceremony

Over the Top -

Today, “Big Brother OTT” held its very last Veto Ceremony of the entire season, and we don’t think we’re exaggerating very much at all when we say that this is probably not one that is going to be particularly remembered. The same can really go for the past several days as a whole.

As of right now, one of the biggest issues that the show is running into is merely one of inaction. This is at its core a strategic game, but because these people had to rely on America so much over the course of the season for key decisions, they were never placed into a situation where strategic thinking was a necessity for their longevity in this game. Now that America isn’t voting anymore, there are clearly some people left who don’t know what to do with themselves.

Also, there’s another issue now in that you have someone remaining in the game in Kryssie who’s been almost entirely inflexible all season long, and has little to no interest in doing anything other than what she wants to do with her alliance. She’s made herself into such an obvious jury goat that there is little reason to even consider getting rid of her.

The Veto Ceremony was earlier today, and Jason removed himself from the block. Meanwhile, Shelby went up in his place, and unless she somehow convinces Justin that it’s better to go to the end of the game with her and Morgan, she’s almost surely going home. We do think there is one reasonable argument she could make: All three of them put together have a reasonable shot competing against Jason in some of the competitions. Also, if you go to the end against Morgan and Shelby, there’s a reasonably good chance that they split the vote and you can be seen as an alternative.

Ultimately, there’s almost a zero percent chance of this happening. Jason appears to have this game on lock for the time being.
