‘Big Brother OTT’ spoilers: Was Danielle Lickey or Jason Roy evicted?
In case you missed it, “Big Brother: Over the Top” made the decision for whatever reason to change things up and give people an earlier show. Maybe this was prompted in some way by East Coast viewers not loving having to stay up so late, especially since there is also a Head of Household Competition to come a little bit later tonight.
What we saw in the eviction vote tonight was as predictable as expected: Danielle received every vote to go home, including the one of America. She was a huge threat to win competitions at the end of the game, and we do think that she would also have a reasonable shot to win at the end against almost anyone — potentially even Jason.
Do we think that this was the right move? Well, it was the only move for Morgan to make given that Kryssie and Justin were not willing to get rid of Jason by any means. For Kryssie, it doesn’t matter what she did since she has no shot at all of winning the show regardless of who she ends up going to the end with. For Justin, we know that he and Danielle had a history of clashes. So basically, there was no logic in anyone casting one vote against the guy when nobody else was going to pull the trigger.
If we were to write some sort of postmortem on Danielle’s game, we would say that she was a good competitor and that she did have a drive to play hard. Unfortunately, she just got caught up in a showmance early on, and she and Jason made a terrible move last week in a fake alliance that they had no intent on keeping. We’re not sure her fate would’ve changed this week had that not happened, but it would’ve been fun to find out.
We’ll have the results of the next Head of Household a little later tonight over at the link here. (Photo: CBS.)
