‘Masters of Sex’ season 4, episode 7 sneak peeks: Virginia’s theory; partner debates

Sunday night’s new episode of “Masters of Sex” will be here in just one day’s time, and it appears based on the sneak peeks below that partner drama is really going to be the name of the game.

First things first, let’s talk about tension that is there between Virginia and Art. In the first sneak peek that we have for you below, you can see Lizzy Caplan’s character having a discussion with Masters about trying to figure out the right way to pair up employees at the clinic. She doesn’t love working with Art, and given what he is claiming about the two of them, can you really blame her?

Unfortunately, here’s the problem: She feels that pairing a woman with a man at the clinic is one of the most effective ways that they get things done, and if they change things around now when it comes to this said partnership, it means that the odds of everything going swimmingly are now significantly smaller than they once were. We assume that the two parties will figure out a proper arrangement, but there is no perfect one.

As for the second sneak peek, this one specifically hones in on the tension that is there between Virginia and Nancy over how to treat a particular couple. Nancy wants to move forward with them in a business-as-usual fashion, while Virginia finds herself more suspicious, feeling that they are two very-unusual people to be attending the clinic and as a result of that, may have ulterior motive that is not entirely clear just yet. This is something that will need to be sorted out in some shape or form.
