‘Big Brother OTT’ spoilers: Veto Ceremony results (week 3)
The “Big Brother” Power of Veto Ceremony took place on Tuesday afternoon, and the results we’d say by and large were fairly predictable. Then again, aren’t they typically? These people tend to talk these things out to death beforehand, so there are really no surprises at all in terms of what happens.
Alex and Justin were the two Veto winners for the week thanks to the Care Package twist, and of the two, it was Justin who decided to go ahead and use it in order to save Kryssie from being on the block for the third straight week. Just in terms of doing a nice thing for someone, we’d argue that this was a pretty good move. As for what happened next, Scott nominated Shane, and there’s a very good chance that the Alex – Morgan – Whitney – Shelby contingent could all vote to evict him this week over his showmance partner in Danielle.
One thing that we do appreciate seeing already from Shane is some degree of campaigning. While he does have some feelings for Danielle, at the same time he’s making it clear that he did not come into this game just to throw everything away to make someone else happy. The irony here is that in campaigning, he may unintentionally paint an even harsher target on his back, and that is something that could be rather difficult for him to get off of him as we move into the next 24 hours.
America will still have a role in determining the vote this week, but it’s not nearly as big of one as in the past given that if the aforementioned ladies all vote for Shane to leave, the most it will do is force Scott to break the tie. It’s a little different than last week, where America really held the fate of the players in its hands.
