‘Big Brother OTT’ spoilers: The latest Safety Ceremony results

Over the Top -

Is anyone really that excited about the Safety Ceremony and the way that it’s done in the “Big Brother OTT” house? We dig the majority of the things that the show is introducing for this online season, but this easily feels like the worst. It’s almost as though production just wants to go home for the weekend and are leaving the players with a bunch of green lights so that the Head of Household can figure out precisely what he wants to do.

For Scott, he made the decision today to spare Alex, Whitney, Jason, and Justin from being put on the block, which we do think for the most part were fairly strategic. Alex is someone he feels extremely indebted to after she worked to keep him safe this past week, and she and Whitney are both relatively aligned with him. Meanwhile, Justin and Jason are people who at least have built a relationship with him. Justin in particular has done a great job socializing with everyone, which has led to some coming up with the notion that he is playing all sides. We don’t really think he’s that deliberate, and is just friendly for the sake of being so.

Last night, we learned that Scott’s initial nominees are probably going to be Kryssie and Neeley, with Danielle or Shane serving as likely replacement nominees. We do think that Danielle is going to be the third nominee based on the way things are going, so Scott may not have to worry about that. Kudos to America if this happens, since we need a little bit of parity thrown in here somewhere.

Oh, and one final comment today: Kryssie’s getting insufferable with her perception of everyone in America loving her. We get why it’s happening, but it’s still annoying.
