‘The X Factor’ UK results preview: Will Brooks Way, Bratavio be eliminated? James Arthur to perfrom
Tonight, “The X Factor” could air what is its most important (and not to mention most dramatic) results show of the season. There are many crazy things that could end up happening, but one of the biggest questions revolves around Brooks Way. They were suspended from the show at the last minute due to some claims that have been brought up against member Josh Brooks. There’s still no clear explanation, so hopefully there will be further context as to if they are gone from the competition or not. The show really left us on a lurch with that one on this past episode.
As for some other candidates to be eliminated, you obviously have to look towards someone like Bratavio, who were campy but not necessarily in a fun way. We do think Honey G did enough to get some fans on her side, so she should at least have another week or two on the series as a result of that. Maybe you have a shock boot where someone like Ryan Lawrie is sent home, but that feels doubtful.
One other thing we’re excited about is the return of James Arthur. His story is a remarkable one both in terms of winning the show and coming back from some serious adversity and anxiety issues that followed it. He did some regrettable things, but he seems to be on a better path now and his single “Say You Won’t Let Go” is remarkable. It’s spent the past two weeks at #1, and he is signed once more with Simon Cowell after being originally let go from the label in the midst of his past controversy.
We’ll be back tonight to break everything down for what should be a more-than-eventful outing.
