‘Poldark’ season 2, episode 6 preview: Demelza’s fear, Ross’ woe, and other teasers

In around one day’s time the latest episode of “Poldark” will arrive on the BBC, and based on all information that is out there on the story, this is going to be an installment about dealing with sadness, handling fear, and then trying to move forward … even though that may be rather difficult.

What we have below are some of the latest teasers for the episode, and they reflect some of the state of panic that a few of these characters are going to be in throughout the story.

1. Demelza will be starting to fear for the future of her relationship, as Ross begins to spend more and more time caring for Elizabeth following Francis’ death.

2. On the mining front, Ross is not going to find much of anything substantial from Franics’ final attempt at Wheal Grace. Therefore, he is going to see if he can find copper somewhere else.

3. Dwight is going to be celebrated for restoring someone to help, but at the same time he’s also going to see things get more and more complicate between himself and Caroline.

4.George is ready to strike against Ross, and he’s far from sympathetic about any even in his life. If he has it his way, he’ll be carted off to debtors’ prison sooner rather than later.

5. Ross will try a particularly last-ditch effort to trade around shares in order to protect those close to him.

We’ve seen many different stages of Ross over the course of the series, whether it be as a romantic, a hero, or a fighter. This particular episode could be his biggest test to date as a businessman.
