‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 7 spoilers: When will Kono, Adam be reunited?
“Hawaii Five-0” has absolutely slow-played the relationship between Kono and Adam, and by that token, they’ve done a good job being realistic when it comes to the prison system. Adam was not released right away just because he’s tied to an important person on the show; he’s served time, but the good news is that he will be getting out sooner rather than later.
If you are wondering specifically when that will be, we come bearing good news: October 21. The character will be out before the end of the month! In this episode entitled “Ke Kū ‘Ana” (“The Stand”), the character will be released, and he will finally be reunited with Kono. Hopefully, this will be a reunion that leads to other interesting storytelling. There are so many struggles that await people upon their release from prison, and there aren’t often many opportunities for interesting storytelling here given that the vast majority of characters incarcerated on TV are not considered good guys. For the few that are, these possibilities open up.
As for the remainder of this episode (of course, the story is not going to settle solely on giving you this information), be prepared to see an extremely dangerous situation following the theft of a cache of guns from a shooting range. The responsible party may be an activist looking to use these to make a statement on gun violence, and we certainly worry that this will not end well.
What all of this tells us is that it’s a further reminder that within this world, there is really not time for anyone to relax. We’re not sure if the story of the chess-piece killer will be over by when this episode ends, but even if it is, that’s still not much of a break.
Before we end up getting to this episode, there’s another big story coming up. Head over here to receive some additional news regarding next week’s pivotal episode, where Alicia and McGarrett could be in grave danger. (Photo: CBS.)
