‘America’s Got Talent’ season 12: Premiere date speculation; how to audition
Tonight may mark the end of “America’s Got Talent” season 11, but rest assured that this is far from the end of the road for NBC’s annual summer institution. The show will be back next summer, and if that was not enough of a reason to get you excited, rest assured that we’ve also got for you some of the first details on next season!
First things first, rest assured that it is coming back. Not only is this the #1 show of the summer, but we’re coming off of Tuesday’s episode scoring the highest number of total viewers in a solid five years. If that’s not a great achievement, we have a hard time knowing precisely what is in this era of high competition. The show will likely premiere in either late May or early June next year, and the entire panel of judges (Simon Cowell, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel) will also be returning. Nick Cannon will once again also be back as the show’s host.
As for auditions, our suggestion to you is to head over here to get some more information about some of the cities and dates. It looks like auditions are taking place all the way throughout the fall into early next year. There are also some opportunities to show off your talent online if it is not particularly convenient making it to an open call.
If you think you’ve got some legitimate talent, give it a go! We promise to be (reasonably) nice when we review your act next year.
