As we get prepared to see the Dutton Ranch season 1 finale in just a matter of days, why not better set the stage for what we will end up seeing?

If it was not abundantly clear to anyone at this point, this pivotal installment could be where the rubber meets the road for a number of different people. For example, Rob-Will’s dealings and shady practices could come back to haunt him, as a battle between him and Rip could take center stage. Meanwhile, we already know that Joaquin has placed a call to his father — so what is going to happen now on the other side?

This is easily the sort of thing that can make you pumped for whatever the next chapter of the show is, especially when it comes to complete chaos as to where people end up. Carter and Oreana are at this point wild cards, and it seems like Everett is going to even be mixing things up before the story is over.

What makes this episode so interesting is that we’re not looking at anything that is remotely cut and dry. You’ve really got a few different factions that could be ready to square off against each other at any given moment, and there is also a very tiny chance that every single part of this is going to be tied up in a neat little bow. Why would it? It feels, at least for now, like there is a lot of room to keep certain storylines going for a good while still.
