‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: Nicole and Corey’s brief spat

Once again, we say that this is what this season of “Big Brother” has come to: Writing stories about minor, petty conflicts between showmances. Now that they’ve been together for well over two months, everyone is starting to crack.

Earlier today, we had a minor argument between James and Natalie over whether or not she was really willing to hold his hand. Despite the show editing them almost like the perfect, peachy-keen love story, we’ve gotten some indications from the feeds that she is not as into him as vice-versa.

As for Nicole and Corey, tonight they had a fairly simple / fairly petty argument over a comment she made that he determined was mean and insensitive, and she proceeded to go on some lengthy rant about how she had ninety days of anxiety and how little things were starting to get to her. The whole time, Corey said nothing and largely did the equivalent of staring at a wall. Nicole may be very good at playing this game, but she has really struggled this season in the department of reading Corey’s feelings / signs that he may not be all that into her.

Of course, we figure that these two will “make up” and then keep their relationship going for at least the remainder of the season, though at this point, Nicole should really forget about that and just try to win the $500,000 instead. It’s too bad that she won’t, and the best thing that could happen to her would be someone voting him out. The unfortunate thing for her there is that we feel like Paul and Victor would be much more willing to take him to the final three than her.
