Before ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ finale, Josh Murray pours on praise for Amanda Stanton

BP -Typically when it comes to all things in Bachelor Nation, there is a pretty strict no-spoilers policy that is adhered to. By and large, the rules for that are rather simple in that if you give something away, Chris Harrison chases you down dressed as the Green Arrow. (Okay, that may not be exactly what happens, but it certainly feels like a good metaphorical representation.) While we know these shows are pretty well-spoiled anyway, ABC likes to at least present an illusion of there still being some mystery floating around out there.

So to see the way Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton are talking about “Bachelor in Paradise” before the finale is certainly something worth raising an eyebrow or to at, since they’ve basically given away in several different interviews that they are still together and happy. The latest example of that comes via Entertainment Tonight, where Josh passed along the following message about how he feels about her:

“Amanda is an amazing woman … She is the best woman I’ve ever met in my entire life. … She’s beautiful not only on the outside but it radiates on the inside, and that’s what I love the most about her … She has a calming factor that helps out in tough situations that we had to take on during this entire journey. I think that’s what couples should do. They shouldn’t try to compete against one another, they’re on the same team … It’s so refreshing to know that there are people out there like her.”

Ultimately, the subtext here is pretty simple: These two are totally getting engaged at the end of this. They’ve been together for most of the show, and that to us means they know each other well enough for this to happen.
