‘The Originals’ season 4 spoilers: Meet the older version of Hope

As we are entering the fourth season of “The Originals,” we are well aware that there is a new actress in the role of Hope. The character, after all, is being aged up so that she is much more of an active player in the show. This means probably much more for Hayley to have to handle, especially with Klaus missing in action for so long.

We know now, per TVLine, that this character is being played by young actress Summer Fontana, who we imagine is getting a chance to dive in to some rather-crazy storytelling as a part of this cast. After all, this is a show that does have a tendency to throw many of its characters on wild roller-coaster rides, and we certainly imagine that with the return of Klaus also comes plenty of chaos.

In general, we hope that this fourth season is exciting given that there are so many more stakes going into this season than there has been to date. After all, consider not only the return of many Mikaelsons to the world, but also the position that the show is in at present. It has not been renewed for a fifth season, and it is going to need to prove a level of ratings consistency if it hopes to to last beyond the flagship “The Vampire Diaries” show on which it is based.

We imagine that there are many more characters to be cast, and hopefully, we’ll have some further news all about them moving forward!
