‘The Amazing Race Canada 4’ episode 2 preview: A fish task in Calgary

“The Amazing Race Canada” is only beginning its season 4 journey, and judging from the latest preview for Tuesday night’s new episode, there are going to be some difficult tasks (and some funny ones) that take place in Calgary.

For one, we’re dealing with fish! Interestingly this is not the first time on this series that we’ve dealt with large tanks, though previously it was in the Maritimes with lobsters. Here, it appears to be strictly a fishy task, and one that could be executed fairly easily so long as you aren’t so afraid of slimy animals.

As for the rest of the episode, CTV is still trying to hype up some sort of bus-chase that will take place in the city, and to go along with that, there are some more high-adrenaline tasks as well. Probably the only fault of the promo is that it doesn’t really give you a sense of any conflict coming up, but there could be a fairly good reason why: Maybe there isn’t any, and as a result of that the show doesn’t have anything to tease. We are still fairly early in the season, so those rivalries may not have formed and some of the racers may not be sick of one another year. (The team who has done the most fighting so far is Jillian & Emmett, and given that they are exes, we cannot really say we’re that surprised.)
