‘The X Factor’ UK spoilers: Does Nicole Scherzinger have her next Rylan Clark?

With the new season of “The X Factor” UK currently filming, it’s safe to say that there is a lot of curiosity to learn precisely what sort of talent the judges and producers are finding. Unfortunately, we’re not seeing the show just yet, and as a result of that we’re just having to take sources and people hyping the show at their word.

For the latest example of that, you just have to look and see what a source told the Mirror about someone in Prince who has clearly impressed Nicole, and is drawing some comparisons to former contestant turned host Rylan Clark:

“Prince came all the way from LA to audition. He danced almost as much as he sang but it was his personality that won the crowd, and particularly Nicole, over.

“He is black, a great dancer and has a big personality as well as a very snappy dress sense. She’s been telling everyone he’s a total diva who will be top entertainment – she’s desperate to mentor Prince. Sharon, on the other hand, wasn’t convinced at all.”

If this guy lives up to his billing, we’d love to see him on the show since you really need variety to help make things interesting. We’ve seen seasons before where the final singers are all these people interested in just going on stage and doing ballads week after week, and it’s boring. There is no creativity or originality in there. This show is a million times better when you have people putting their best foot forward and at least trying to innovate.
