‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Is Luke Pell, Chase McNary, or Robby Hayes current frontrunner?
While we have made it fairly far on this season of “The Bachelorette,” there is really something that we have not discussed (to our own surprise) at all over the course of the past few weeks: Who is leading the charge to be the new star of “The Bachelor” in the new year.
We don’t really think that this cast of men on JoJo Fletcher’s season is really the best when it comes to laying out possible contenders. After all, there are a few who are not particularly well-liked, and then some others who are just forgettable. A ton of them are already on “Bachelor in Paradise,” and typically participants on there can be ruled out of the running.
At the moment, and with the assumption that Jordan Rodgers wins (given the show’s edit, it’s hard to imagine many other endings to this season), here are the three guys who currently appear to be in pole position.
Luke Pell – Far and away the current favorite, really to the point where we don’t think it is even close. He’s just too likable, charming, and is right in the mold of the sort of guy the show often picks, including the part where he is from Texas, the same state that JoJo, Jake Pavelka, Brad Womack, and Sean Lowe are from.
Chase McNary – He’s likable and has some fans, but there’s not really anything that makes him stand out. We don’t know what the theme of the season would be.
Robby Hayes – Maybe there some out there campaigning for him, but we wonder if some of the drama over the next episode or two with him could rule him out.
Wells Adams – We really like him! However, the show typically doesn’t pick people outside of the top 4, and Wells doesn’t really fit the profile of typical “Bachelor” casting.
