‘Game of Thrones’ season 6, and piecing together Sansa’s letter

LogoBased on what we have seen to date on “Game of Thrones” this season, it is pretty darn clear that Sansa Stark needs a little bit of help. Granted, it’s a very different sort of help than she needed when she was in the clutches of such horrible people like Joffrey or Ramsay Bolton. Here, she is safe in the immediate future, but she realizes that she and Jon Snow need more help in the event that they are going to be able to win back Winterfell and start to prepare more for the battle against the White Walkers.

Therefore, she wrote a letter, and a user on Reddit named CreepyPancakes has managed to analyze the contents of it closely, and came up with what looks in parts to be a reasonable interpretation of what it says:

“[…] Now you have a chance to fulfill your promise […] Knights of the Vale are under your command. Ride north for Winterfell. Lend us your aid and I shall see that you are well rewarded.”

So who is she writing to? A reasonable guess here could be Littlefinger, given that he has some control over Robin, and may be able to use the soldiers from The Veil in order to ensure once more that Winterfell belongs to House Stark. Beyond that, it is a little bit trickier to figure out who a possible recipient could be. There are only three episodes left, though, and we therefore have to assume that there are some answers coming before long.
