‘Girl Meets World’ season 3 premiere date officially revealed

For everyone out there that is excited to return to the “Girl Meets World” universe once more, we come bearing some big news: The first bit of insight on the upcoming third season of the show!

We already knew that the season was going to start with a two-part saga that bore with it the name of “Girl Meets High School.” Now, we know (per TheWrap) that the saga will begin on Friday, June 3 at 8:30 p.m. Eastern time, and will carry over to June 5, when the second part of the special airs. (Thankfully, they’re skipping Saturday, which seems to be a pretty smart move for the sake of preserving ratings.)

While the Disney Channel has not revealed anything when it comes to firm details about this episode just yet, we know that it will revolve in part around the journey for Riley, Maya, Lucas, and the rest of the gang entering this phase of their lives for really the first time. This will be a great opportunity for them to explore some new dynamics, and also figure out more of what they want from their individual lives.

Not only that, but we also anticipate that this episode will offer up an opportunity to give you more in the way of struggles, as well. High school is not an easy transition for anyone, especially when you’re in a city like New York where there are so many moving parts and things happening almost all around you.
