‘Big Brother Canada 4’ live feed spoilers: The Veto Ceremony (and a broken Veto box)
The Veto Ceremony on “Big Brother Canada” happened in the “Big Brother Canada” house on Monday, and as a result, production at least wants you to believe that the week is going to be going according to plan. Will it? We’ll have to see; we wouldn’t be shocked if Arisa Cox tells everyone Thursday that there is no eviction.
Do we think that’s the right move to make here? Probably, at least when you think of fairness above everything else. The thing here is that with Ramsey gone, he’s not there to vote for Maddy now. Tim is the replacement nominee, and with Ramsey there it could’ve been a three-three tie if Jared, Ramsey, and Kelsey had voted to evict Tim. (Yes, Kelsey wanting to keep Maddy is odd, but Jared and the brothers would have probably pushed for it now that Phil is on the anti-Tim train.) We can’t imagine Cassandra, Nikki, or Joel turning on Tim at the moment given some of the alliances that are there.
Ultimately, what we’re getting at here is that doing this eviction still makes things a little more unfair for Maddy, and even though we’re not the biggest fan of her as a player, we can’t be happy when something unexpected hurts her and upset when it hurts Mitch. Granted, Mitch’s twist was game-related, while Ramsey’s departure was due to circumstances not related to the game.
At the moment, Phil seems to be fine with either person leaving, but we’d be really worried if Tim stays because of all the smack he has talked about him the past few days.
Oh, and Nick broke the Veto box after the ceremony.
