MTV’s ‘Awkward’ season 5, episode 15 video: Jenna says sorry to Luke; why?

Even though Jenna has only been at her new job on “Awkward” season 5 for a short period of time, there’s already some relationship drama that is coming out of it.

Specifically, we’re talking about the events of the new sneak peek below, which show that despite Jenna telling her new co-worker Luke (who helped to get her the summer fellowship) that she doesn’t have feelings for him, the reality is that she does … and she now has to figure out just what to do as a result of that. Can she keep her relationship with him professional when she has these other thoughts on her mind? By telling him she just wants to be friends, she may have created some more problems for herself than she would have otherwise.

In the end, we imagine this is going to make for an entertaining episode of TV given that Jenna is still trying to find out if this sort of business is right for her, and for the time being, we’re not sure that it is. This is a website that makes you work really hard to get your work online, but we haven’t really gotten the sense tonally just yet that this is the sort of work the show wants Jenna to aspire for.

Ultimately, we’re really not sure where this particular story is going. We have enjoyed the story much more now that the characters are out of high school, though, mostly because it opens things up to a wider array of possibilities. We’ll have to wait and see if that ends up lasting.
