‘The Blacklist’ season 3 spoilers: First look at ‘Mr. Soloman,’ Liz – Tom decision

It has been a little while now since an episode of “The Blacklist” aired on NBC, and unfortunately, that trend is going to continue for a little while longer. The next new installment will not be airing until we get around to “Mr. Solomon” on April 7, but we’ve now got something that will help to get you all the more excited: A first look at what is coming up!

This week, NBC was kind enough to unveil the official synopsis, which strangely doesn’t hint as strongly at the potential Liz – Tom wedding as we have seen it in some other material promoting the episode:

“After Red (James Spader) learns that a tactical nuclear weapon is being targeted by thieves, it’s a race against the clock as the task force struggles to stop them — and prevent an imminent nuclear disaster. Meanwhile, Tom (Ryan Eggold) and Liz (Megan Boone) make a decision that will change their relationship forever.”

The great news about having to wait so long for this episode (yes, there is actually great news) is that thanks to starting back so late, there will not be any other repeats that you are stuck with between “Mr. Solomon” and the end of the season. You’ll get a chance to see all of this story play out succession for the most part, and let’s just hope that it proves to be worth the wait. (Also, let’s hope that viewers remember to stick around, given that we’ve seen some pretty terrible things play out this season for shows that are returning following a fairly-long hiatus.)
