‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 12, episode 14 reaction: Meredith faces a choice; Jackson receives some news

Thursday night’s episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” had a wide array of different things going on, whether it be a guest appearance from Casey Wilson to also Meredith realizing that she is legitimately hard on Jo, and not in the way that other doctors are.

When the dust settles, though, there are two major takeaways that we got from watching this episode in the end.

Meredith receives a visitor – Clearly, Will Thorpe is not going to settle for getting the silent treatment! After feeling a little bit like Ellen Pompeo’s character was shutting him out, he opted to pay a visit to the hospital to ask her out in person. We suppose he’ll just know one way or another this way, and can then move on and do a variety of other things.

Jackson learns the truth – We knew that eventually, he was going to figure out that April was pregnant. However, there had to be a better way for him to learn about it than from Arizona, right? We certainly think so, and this is going to be the sort of thing that has far-reaching ramifications. You’d think that this would be something that could bring the two of them closer together … or at least it could have if she had approached it in a different way. It’s pretty easy to figure out that he is not going to be particularly thrilled with this.

As for other news, let’s just say Ben and Bailey are on the same page again, and Owen and Amelia got to play with puppies!
